- Termination: Either party can terminate the contract for non-adherence.

- Condition of Premises: We ensure a clean premises post-service.
- Scheduling: Clients can schedule services directly, and we’ll inform you of promotions.
- Relationship: We act as independent contractors under the scope of work.
- Use of Utilities: We may use water, power, and a designated bathroom (with permission) to fulfill services.
- Documentation: You receive detailed reports, estimates, and invoices for work done, including any necessary metrics and issues found.
- Warranty: Enjoy a one-year workmanship warranty on qualifying plumbing, heating, and HVAC repairs (excludes drain cleaning, maintenance, or camera inspections).
